The National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Co. (Maadaniyah) said the board approved the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on the resignation of Managing Director Eng. Saleh Al Obayyed.
The resignation will be effective as of Dec. 31, 2014, according to a bourse statement.
